THIS IS A SWEET BOAT, TWO OWNERS, VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND READY TO SPEND THE WINTER IN THE CARIBBEAN. I RECENTLY SPENT A DAY ABOARD AND SHE RAN SMOOTH AND LOOKED GREAT. BOTTOM PAINTED OCTOBER 2007!

ACOMMODATIONS: This is a classic full trunk cabin trawler with walk around side decks. It is a galley down style insuring generous sleeping areas both fore and aft. The guest stateroom is forward with V berths, ample storage for clothing and other gear, a private head and a sliding door that provides privacy. Immediately aft to starboard is the guest head with a Jabsco manual toilet, vanity and stainless steel sink.Waste feeds into a 60 gallon holding tank with a macerator discharge or pumpout. Two Marine Air systems, one 16,000 BTU and one 9,000 BTU keep the vessel cool and warm for all climatic conditions.

GALLEY: Across to port is a U shaped galley with a Seaward 3 burner stove and oven with a LPG emergency shutoff, a new (2007), full size Norcold refrigerator, double stainless steel sinks, Conair microwave, full storage for long distance cruising. A food service bar or breakfast counter sits over the galley with stools in the salon. Hot water is supplied to the galley and both heads with a standard engine flow system and electric hot water heater.

SALON: The salon is large and bright. There are seven new (2006) custom aluminum sliding diamond sea glaze windows. A large settee is built in to starboard with storage under, a hi-low table (now removed and stored) plus another smaller table that can be moved to suit the occasion, parties, dinner and so forth. There are two additional side chairs to port. Aft and to port is a cabinet which holds a Samsung TV, a built in am - fm-cd player is mounted in back of the lower station seat.The lower station is located to starboard with a sliding door to the deck for ease of line handling. There is full instrumentation and naviagation electronics.

MASTER CABIN: The aft master cabin has a centerline "queen" walk around bed with hanging lockers, drawers and cabinets on either side. The head is equipped with a vanity, stainless steel sink, Jabsco electric toilet with separate macerator feeding into the common holding tank. There is a stall shower/tub combination. While the master cabin is large a mirrored bed back increases the feeling of spaciousness. A sliding pocket door separates the cabin from the salon.

SYSTEMS: Twin Ford Lehman 135 diesel engines with less than 1800 well maintained hours. Sea Star Hydraulic steering, Velvet Drive transmissions, A fuel polishing system. Haylon fire protection, Fuel tank selection valves. This is a clean, well lighted, well maintained engine room with spare parts and all manuals.

ELECTRICIAL: A Westerbeke 8 KW generator located forward of the main engines. It has a sound shield and about 150 hours ot total time. There are eight new (2006) 6 volt golf cart batteries in series parallel in a properly covered and secured battery box, plus a separate generator starting battery. Alternators are mounted on both engines. There is a battery charger/invertor.

NAVIGATION: & ELECTRONICS: Two danforth compasses, A new (2007) Garmin 3210 GPS map plotter, Robertson AP 2000 Autopilot; Hummingbird 300tx on the flybridge, Data Marine knot meter, ICOM M-80 VHF at the lower station, ICOM M-55 VHF on the flybridge, JRC 1500 Radar, Standard LH5 loud hailer. All are in operating condition with factory manuals.

DECK: The flybridge has a new bimini, lea cloths and fly bridge station cover. Back to back bench seating for 4 persons, plus a table and three chairs.
A dock box is aft to starboard, plus storage under the bench seats and in the steering console. An EPIRB is located on the fly bridge.
There is an good solid mast and boom plus a operable pulley/davit to lower the Avon 10' dingy resting in chocks on the flybridge deck, and the 8 hp Nissen outboard..The swim platform is reached from the aft deck thru a opening hatch and has an enclosed hand held shower.

GROUND TACKLE: The pulpit mounted anchor is a 45# Delta with over 100' of 3/8 ALL CHAIN RODE, plus a small 15 lb Fortress lunch hook with 10' 3/8 chain and 100' of nylon rode (pictured in a mesh bag) beneath the twin sampson posts. The windlass is an electric 12 volt Sea Wolf. Numerous, usable dock lines, fenders, boat hook and other misc. gear.

SAFETY: A teak railing surrounds the deck and stainless steel rails on the flybridge access steps. A full compliment of life jackets, fire extinguishers and more.

BROKERS NOTE: In my opinion, this vessel is ready to cruise to the Islands today, well maybe tomorrow The vessel will be hauled on October 10th to repaint the bottom. Those interested should take advantage of the opportunity at do the out of water portion of a marine survey at that time..
