PRELIMINARY SPECIFICATIONS

GENERAL: Owners have removed teak arround house to deck joints and reglassed, All opening windows have been replaced and all others recaulked. All work done between 1998 and 2001.
The accommodation plan is the normal double cabin configuration with overnight sleeping accommodations for as many as for six. Engine room access is excellent and the deck hardware is sturdy. Glasswork is average. The interior is teak on teak. Twin 120hp Lehmans are standard power and she cruises at 8-9 knots Fuel burns are 4-6 gal per hour.

ACCOMODATIONS: Forward cabin with V-Berths, Hanging Locker, storage under forward berths and Private head with shower. Aft Cabin with port side Double bed and master head with shower and tub, Hanging locker, cabinet with drawers and stairs to aft deck. Salon has lower station with full instrumentation; Recent cushions, Loads of storage. Sliding doors to both side decks; Counter top seating. and large settee to starboard.

GALLEY: Full galley to starboard. 20 gallon hot water heater. Double s-tainless sink, stove with oven, refrigerator, ice maker.
